What is the return policy?

We provide a 90-day return policy and one year guarantee of our mainstream products, including grow lights, LED, tent, fan. We strongly recommend you to inspect goods upon receiving.  
What are the shipping options?
The shipping is Canada Post for Canada domestic. If you are in the US, we provide UPS as an option. Please also refer to the product page to see if the item is available in our LA warehouse, so that you may select shipment in the US by UPS.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
Yes, you have to pay the taxes and duties on your own. Please refer to the specific product page for a detailed rate. 
When will I receive my order?
It depends on how fast the parcel goes and how long the distance is. It usually takes about 5-7days inside Canada. 
What do I do if I never received my order?
Upon shipping your parcel out, you will immediately receive a notice that includes the carrier's tracking number. We highly recommend you to trace your order just as we will do. If it happens that your order did not arrive, we will sort out what happened then and make your order happen ASAP.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
We will be very sorry for that. Please contact us immediately and let us know your decision. When you return the defected product, you will get an automatic refund or exchanged order. Be sure that keeping the product as what it looks like on arriving is critical.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
It depends on if the shipment had happened or not. If that didn't happen, you could change your order for free. 
Where is the product made? 
We are a Vancouver based manufacturer and focused on the indoor grow equipment for the long term. Grow lights and LEDs are produced in Vancouver, BC.
